• All MSDC students must have a registered account in the MSDC Dance Studio Pro Parent/Client Portal. http://dancestudio-pro.com/online/mainstreetdancecenter

• Tuition is due on the 1st of the month for program classes.

• Payments made after the 10th of each month will incur a $20 late fee.  A credit card must be left on file in DSP autopay option for Youth Dance Program and The Ballet School Students. It is highly suggested that adult students enroll in autopay.

• There are 10x monthly tuition payments for school season 2024-2025. 9/7, 10/1, 11/1, 12/1, 1/1, 2/1, 3/1, 4/1, 5/1, and 6/1 for Youth Dance Program and The Ballet School programs.

• There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

• There are no tuition refunds or prorated amounts for absences under any circumstances.

• Payment for classes must be made before entering the dance class for every class at MSDC.

• If tuition payment is not made for a full month, the student will lose their place in the class, and it will be given to a waitlisted student.

• Monthly tuition is not discounted or reduced for holidays, school vacations, absences, injuries, or class cancellations due to inclement weather days.

• ADULT STUDENTS:

• There are no refund options for purchased missed drop-in classes or unused, expired class cards, or prorated rates for late arrival or early departure.

• The class fee must be paid before the class. We can assist you if you have any questions.

• MSDC reserves the right to cancel a class. If the class was purchased and is cancelled, a refund will be issued.

• Cancellation of Youth Dance Program and The Ballet School program classes must be given in advance in writing or by email to: info@mainstreetdancecenters.com 

• Parents are responsible and required to notify Main Street Dance Center in writing before the first day of the following month if you wish to withdraw your child from the class. This must be communicated in writing to MSDC or you will be charged tuition the following month.

• All absences must be reported before the class by telephone, (617) 862-6671 or (781) 790-0089 or email info@mainstreetdancecenters.com

• A student may make up an absence in another class with permission from the Director, Alexis Panos. Please call (617) 862-6671 or email info@mainstreetdancecenters.com

• If we are not holding a Free Trial Series, a trial class may be purchased for $20 (per 1 hour class) or $25 (per 1.5 hours class) This applies to classes for children only. MSDC does not offer trial classes to adult students.

• Drop-In classes can be purchased through the MSDC Dance Studio Pro Portal. http://dancestudio-pro.com/online/mainstreetdancecenter

• Or Drop In and pay cash, credit, debit, or Apple Pay. We ask you kindly to email us at info@mainstreetdancecenters.com if you plan to drop in.

• 5 and 10 open class cards can be purchased through DSP. All details related to class cards are in DSP Dance Studio Pro Portal. http://dancestudio-pro.com/online/mainstreetdancecenter

• You can find open class cards by pressing the class card icon in your DSP account.

• If Winter and Spring Showcases are scheduled, fees to participate will be sent to the parents and adult students. Dancing in these performance events are not presently mandatory.

• *Make sure your email is in your DSP account. Please provide a full address in your DSP account in the box provided. It is also best to follow us on Facebook and Instagram so you do not miss any announcements, like cancelled classes due to inclement weather, new posted classes, and special events.

• We may offer Special Rates on workshops, open classes, master classes, or pop-up classes. The best way to view those offers is to follow MSDC on Facebook and Instagram.
